Under Romanian law, private investigation activities fall under the profession of private detective and require a license issued by the competent authorities.

Our services do not represent private investigations but are limited to technical verification and consultancy in the field of electronic security.

We do not interpret data, investigate individuals, or provide legal conclusions.

The service provider does not offer legal interpretations regarding the origin of detected equipment and does not intervene in any way upon such equipment.

The services are limited to the detection of commercial devices.

The services provided are intended exclusively for the detection of commercial surveillance devices (microphones, cameras, GPS trackers, etc.) used without the owner’s consent.

We do not perform and cannot perform the detection of equipment installed or used by state authorities under a legal warrant or authorized procedure.

Such situations are not subject to our services, and current legislation prohibits counteracting, blocking, or identifying such equipment.

By requesting and using our services, the client confirms that they understand and accept that the scan results refer strictly to devices intended for civil/commercial use and that there is no guarantee or obligation regarding the identification of equipment under special legal regimes.

All information and observations obtained during the performance of services are treated confidentially and are not disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

8. Client Obligations

By requesting our services, the client declares and guarantees that:

– They have legal ownership or usage rights over the inspected space;
– The request does not violate the rights of third parties;
– They accept that the provided report has purely technical and informational value;
– The provider is not responsible for how the client uses the received information.
